TECH TIPS & TRICKS Please ensure you have installed and updated the following products: Adobe Flash Player Java Quicktime Adobe Shockwave Adobe Reader Microsoft Silverlight *Please ensure your student knows they will receive messages periodically regarding these updates, as well as ones from the manufacturer of their device, and they are safe to install. Protect your device: We are encountering many students who have trial versions of anti-virus software, two or more anti-virus programs (which are conflicting) or they do not have any version of anti-virus installed. Please uninstall the trial versions you are no longer using. Please see handout for details that pertain to your particular type of computer. Label your device: We want to remind everyone to be certain all devices and power adapters are marked with the student's name. Some students are having success with putting their adapter in a pencil type bag to remember it have it with them. Thank you again for helping your student to achieve great success with their learning tool. Nagel is the difference!
