I highly recommend Tristate Timing services for your next racing event. Ross and his team helped execute our annual Walk With Me & 5K Run fundraising event at MetLife Stadium this past April, and all ran very smoothly. We had a last minute change occur in our planning process, and I found myself struggling to find a timing company with only a month’s notice. Through my connections, I landed Ross’s phone number, and it turned out they were available on our race day. He was very friendly and I knew our race was in good hands just by speaking with him over the phone. Ross and his team were very responsive to questions we had, and they spent the time to assist with our preparation leading up to event day. Our event on April 18, 2015 was a true success, and the 5K runners were very happy with the organization and outcomes of the race. The staff who took care of set-up and race results were great to work with. Thank you to Ross, Radhames, and the rest of his team who helped execute a successful racing event. January 10, 2014 It is without hesitate that I would recommend Tristate Timing to time your event. I have had the opportunity to work them on the KEA Pot of Gold 5K event for the last four (4) years. Our 5K run raises money for scholarship awards to deserving seniors who have been involved in community service. Right from the beginning Ross Mistretta; was extremely helpful with any questions I had about putting together a 5K event. He was available, knowledgeable and timely with his responses. I felt totally confident in choosing Tristate Timing. When you choose Tristate Timing, you can expect the staff to do an excellent job the day of the race. Each year the staff he sends to time the event is punctual, easy to work with, and efficient; they are a big reason our 5K runs very smoothly each year. They also get your results up very quickly; by the time you get home from your event the results are up online and in your email. I have always recommend Tristate Timing to anyone I know who is looking for a timing company, not only are they efficient and helpful but their prices are fair and competitive. I highly recommend the use of Tri‐State Timing to serve as the timer for your race! My story is that I served as the Race Director for the 2N's Anything is Possible 5K. The 5K, which occurred in late August, served as a fund‐raiser for Glenn Hartrick, who got into a horrible bike accident in early June. With 7 weeks to put the race together and never having ever put a race together, it was key that I find partners who would be able to take on a specific role and manage all the tasks associated with it as direction from me would be lacking. The choice of the timer was critical for, as everyone knows, running a smooth race and delivering results quickly are the two expectations of participants. Ross Mistretta was extremely helpful in playing that role. Beyond the basic timing responsibility, he served as a core advisor for all aspects of the race and helped me sort out the other components of the race that were necessary to have organized so that everything ran smoothly. He was really exceptional on the run‐up to the race. As per the race itself, the Tristate Timing team were excellent. They showed up and when I went over to ask them if they had questions, their response was, "No. We got it. I know you have other things to worry about; so, don't worry, we are on it." Exactly what I wanted to hear. In the end, feedback on the race was cross‐the‐board, this was the best local race that people had ever attended. I never could have accomplished that without the Tristate Timing team! Take my recommendation and engage them!
