Men’s Tennis

Troy finished the season ranked No. 9 in the ITA Southern Region, and Carles Anton ranked 18th in singles in the region

Troy boasted the nation’s No. 38 recruiting class and the No. 5 mid-major recruiting class with the addition of two Spaniards

The Trojans finished the spring season with 16 victories and a win over No. 48 Louisiana, and the Trojans almost pulled off another stunner at No. 24 Florida State before losing to the Seminoles, 4-3, after a pair of three-set matches didn’t go Troy’s way

Carles Anton earned All-Sun Belt First Team honors and finished with the best overall winning percentage in the Sun Belt with a 20-5 singles record

Rolando Vargas led the Trojans to key victories over rivals UAB, Jacksonville State and Southern Miss, in addition to non-conference wins over DePaul and Augusta

Women’s Tennis

The Trojans returned to form with their first double-digit win season since 2018-19

For the second-straight season, Troy defeated Arkansas State in the first round of the Sun Belt Conference Tournament, winning 4-2 to advance to the quarterfinals

Freshman Hagar Amin was named the Sun Belt Newcomer of the Year after having a team-best winning percentage at 70.6 percent in singles and a 4-2 record in doubles

Team captain Michelle Ncube led the Trojans in total wins, with 17 in singles. Her record of 3-0 on court two ranked second in the conference

In doubles competition, the duo of Michelle Ncube and Kristina Kukaras was formattable with an 8-6 record. Their 4-2 record on court three finished fourth in the conference
