The Event Connect + Inspire Mainland China Youth to Business is an initiative powered by AIESEC and aims to connect young leaders and businesses around relevant topics to China and the world, generating actionable ideas and thoughts about the future. The highlight of AIESEC's Mainland China Youth to Business initiative is enabling a platform for dialogue and an exchange of ideas between young people from all over the country (around 600 delegates) and great minds among business leaders and entrepreneurs. This event is the national edition of more than 160 forums realized in 113 countries and territories.

This Edition “The Future of Innovation: Youth minds move the world ahead� Today 58% of Chinese population is under 24 years old. In one decade, these people will become the next generation of Chinese leaders and managers, so need to be prepared for generating the solutions the country need to sustain economic growth and solve social challenges. Many of these challenges still does not have feasible solutions, so Innovation will be a survival matter. This edition of Youth to Business Forum aims to bring insights about technology trends and challenges faced by China, generating discussions about how technology can solve these problems and the important role youth has for it, becoming innovative professionals, business leaders and entrepreneurs.

1Kg.org Andrew and his assistant shared their experience in volunteering and social enterprise which delegates were interested in. They talked 1kg.org, the famous website and the innovative voluntary program. In the case solving session, delegates used paper, scissors and glue to play a game. Learning by doing always make sense. Kingdee XiaoJian Xu Internet Innovation Lab Head, Kingdee Bachelor in Computer Science, Nanjing University

As a leader in his own company, Xiaojian Xu talked about his own experience in his career. He also gave the delegates lots of advice on the interview skills and tips to get into companies. He interacted with the delegates actively. In the case solving session, he raise a real case of a company in 90s, delegates discussed the problems and came up with great solutions.

Xin Xian Ju Pin Philly Han Founder of Xin Xian Ju Pin,

Philly Han shared his rich experience in AIESEC and his new enterprise. His creative opinions and thoughts of internet, digital marketing, communication inspired the delegates a lot. In the case solving session, delegates from different groups discussed deeply and came up with many new ideas in digital communication.

“The sharing of experience of being a founder is very powerful, and the opinion on culture diversity is valuable.”

Garrison shared lots of information of Raleigh China, a branch of a famous NGO. From the operation model to member experience, Delegates was so curious about these topics and the organization. He talked about innovation and social responsibility, also gave advices on how to be a global leader.
