At Robert Federighi, we work directly with the owner and agent to show the property to its best advantage. Each home staging is crafted to embody value, comfort and purpose. This helps potential buyers form an emotional response to the home.

We have staged some of the most prestigious properties in the San Francisco Bay Area—one of the hottest and most challenging real estate markets in North America. Our multi-dimensional skills of design, staging and construction include general contracting. Our company has built strong working relationships with many homeowners and has a reputation among real estate agents as one of the Bay Area’s top talents for remodeling and staging homes for resale.

What we can do for a client’s home is enormously varied. In order to create environments ranging from formal to casual, classic to modern, just like theatrical designers, we have a multitude of top quality props and furnishings.

Our vast warehouse space is stocked with French, Italian and Asian antiques, original oil paintings; classic to modern custom-upholstered fine furniture; hand-painted screens; custom draperies; crystal chandeliers; baby grand pianos; Persian rugs and artifacts from around the world. At any given time, we have the resources to fully stage 50 homes.

We take great pride in the impeccable condition of our inventory. Using our own moving vans, each piece is expertly handled by our in-house team of designers, cleaners and movers.
