ATV gets the support of minor share holders and obtains the 45% of Northern Songs shares. They maintain their offer of purchase for the Beatles’ shares until 15 May. Few hours later, BBC-TV’s `How Late It Is’ is broadcast, with appearance of John and Yoko. 1970 – `Let It Be’ single, 8th week in the Top 30 (Billboard). `Live Peace In Toronto’, 17th week in the ranking (Billboard).
