The proposed spatial planning option is based on two main North-South traffic axes of Ben Tre in the future: National Highway 60 and coastal expressway. Along with the completion of Rach Mieu 2 bridge, a highway parallel to Highway 60 connecting Rach Mieu 2 bridge to the south helps create a high-speed traffic corridor through the province. This transport axis will contribute to promoting the economic and urban development of the province thanks to the advantages of transportation, access to fresh water, landscape, and an abundant workforce. The second traffic driving axis, the coastal highway, after completion will help shorten the travel time to Ho Chi Minh City. The coastal expressway also plays an important role when it is built in integration with the dyke and irrigation system to increase efficiency and reduce investment costs while contributing to solving intrusion-related problems. salty and sustainable development in coastal localities. An important secondary traffic dynamic axis is the My Tho riverside road, extending from Binh Dai, through Chau Thanh and Cho Lach to connect with Vinh Long. This East-West transport axis connects major cities (My Tho, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, and Can Tho) while supporting tourism and industrial development along the My Tho River.

A project in such a historical zone in middle region of Vietnam with many values of history, cultural, eco-system, etc that we contribute and dedicate to the final scheme here. An eco-green system that connects people and people; people and nature; micro-nature and macro-nature allowing us to enjoy and retreat in the best way, a cozy nest for any people to come back. As many strategies for eco-green that we play with in this area, such as: loop of linear green area allowing people to have the best walking and sight seeing; central green field of rice paddy and abundant of plantings and trees help us to improve much about micro-climate and also the best vista for eco-resort located within the eco-city. The various of low-rise development of townhouses, shophouses, villas, semi-detached villas help contribute to the living environment among the complex and give more and more flexible choices for all prospective residents who is really into enjoying such a well-being places of healthy life, people-connectivity, modern eco-life style, etc.

The land-shape is quite regular, but the beachside is not really long and far away from the main road giving some challenges to find the best way for zoning. In this scheme, we make the master layout with the considerations of the most valuable land, as respectively from the sea towards the inner land: resort, golfcourse (or residential), clubhouse (or shopping mall). The two schemes of programming and planning is under the requirements of clients and our studies on phasings and pre-feasibility of the project. TRAN TRUNG TIN

Moreover, its has the Northern edge faces to the canal, all conditions as mentioned above are the main factors to transfer and develop this area into such a active complex project which is main topic is people and nature. The main task is to deal with adding apartments towers to the existing plan. We tested many variation of massing with 3 option s of storeys to check feasibility study.

Concept Design Place Liedts, Bruxelles 2015 Public space & furniture Completed
The surroundings and Place Liedts itself are shaped by intense economic activities. Place Liedts ensures the continuity of the very commercial street “Rue de Brabant”. On the streets, the shops mostly concerns daily needs. On the Place, the large accessibility of the shops and the diversity of the goods are the answer to the needs of a population with different cultural backgrounds. The project is simulated as a game that the stakeholders of Place Liedts experience how the intervention will work, the game called Leadts. In the gaming world a Lead means an opening move, and this will determine how the rest of the game will be played, the other players have to follow... The architecture intervention also works like that, it permits for everybody to make a real move or start playing on Place Liedts.

The project is a concept proposal for one of the most beautiful land plot in Can Tho city. The site is located at the confluence of Hau river & Can Tho river. The client want to have a regional shopping mall that is branded by their partner. The project team tried to integrate different programmes to create an all-day-experience destination for not only the citizens but also the tourists.

The site is located at the meeting point of nature (the lake, the park) and the city (the neighborhood, the appartment towers). Buda, located along the boundary of Brussels & Vilvoorde, is considered as an in-between space in different scales & aspects. The main purpose of the project is proposing a strategy to promote a new image of Buda - a pitstop of Brussels as well as Europe along multiple scales from S to XL. Urban infrastructures will be treated as spatial & social means that enable alternative forms of life, social practices & urban culture. The site is located in the island and surrounds by an under-construction industrial park. The project is proceeded to accommodate the workers, who works there in the next several years. The temporary housings with the concept of “modular boxes” played the main role of this project. The strategies and goals are to bring the comfortable and convenient living spaces and feeling for the residents with all-in-one facilities. The factory and office that links together was the client’s dream for their production. As the time was very urgent, under a wellplaned design and strict & on-time schedule of construction, the project team had catched up with the client’s hope to hand-over and start production just after 6 months.
