STATEMENT TO BE ATTACHED TO MY NERC COMPLAINT:
Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016, I, Harold Dean Berry, was fired from Pacific Cheese in Reno for reporting a hate crime. One of Pacific's hispanic employees (Who else would have a motive?) had drawn X's through the two Trump bumper stickers on my car.
Apparently, Pacific doesn't want to alienate hispanics - which comprise 80% of its workforce - nor lose the tax credits it gets for hiring them (there are no such credits for hiring White American Men) so they "solved the problem" by getting rid of me.
I wasn't even given a reason for my termination, I was just told by some person at Applied Staffing that she was ending my assignment at Pacific Cheese. But you can bet that Pacific and Applied get together on a "legitimate-sounding" reason now.
