B E R N A DETTE words from May You caught my eye, how could you not? Your stature soared over the crowd, your kind laugh, your smart dialogue. We traded those harsh lights for a piano bench, as you leaned towards me brushing my cheek. The scene melted to the docks, and I lay there thinking.

CARA words from February Our casual conversation was anything but. Heading back to our city, buzzing with the energy from the recent past and the uncertainty of the immediate future. At that moment I wanted to hold your hand, push the hair off your face. And eventually that happened, on both sides of the Atlantic.

B r i anna words from July The sun bowed into the mountains, making way for the camera shutter stars. Besides me was this enthusiastic life force, this amazing and curious being. His foreign tongue brought such comfort & I lost myself in it. The months seem so long but this day feels so short.
