Through the questionnaire survey of the target users, sort out the pie chart up there. From the graphics we can see that target users tend to play basketball with about 500ml of water, when the bottle is empty, they prefer to buy some bottled water from the small store nearby, meanwhile they have no regular drinking habits.

Field investigation on campus, trying to obtain the users’ characteristics and pain points. As it shows in pictures, discarded bottles and some personal stuff are placed on the bottom line edge and site perimeter randomly. Moreover, I conduct some survey on users’ habits, court map and competitors close-by.

Class is over, Anna walked to canteen quickly

Plenty of people as usual, I need a seat first.

2

3

Lucky to find a seat, Anna put her stuff on the chair.

Anna line up for food, then went back to her seat.

Is my bag safe here? I don’t wanna sit with strangers.

Wait, where is my seat? this way? Nope...that way.

4 After all the troubles, Anna got back to her seat. She realized a chair is full of stuff instead of people.

What’s on that chair shouldn’t be people instead of stuff. Pity here.

5

6

Anna crossed the connecting rod hardly, lifted her bag up,and finally sat down.

After sitting down, Anna squeezed her bag behind, started to eat.

May be I can join the acrobatic troupe.

My bag push my back hard. Mmm... feels bad.

7 After meal,Anna wiped her mouth, took her dish and trash to the garbage area.

If only the garbage area is closer.
