How to Succeed in Life

What can you do to become more successful? How can you excel all areas in life? Here are five basic things I consider to be the core of the issue. 1. Always be ready for a change. Be surrounded by creative people. They can support you and give you new ideas and beliefs about the world. If you don't know such people, go out and find out new friends. Insist on getting feedback. Be open-minded and learn from your mistakes. Work with other people as competition and teamwork are very important motivators. 2. Take responsibility Don't be afraid to accept responsibility for your actions. Think ahead. What we attract into your life is a reflection of our thinking. Change your thoughts and you will change your world. You are responsible for this. Be responsible for your behavior and also for the behavior you tolerate in others. Do not allow others to pay no attention to your wishes. 3. Be a good leader Have good leadership skills. Leadership is an art. Each of us needs to find their own approach to it. It is the need to understand how to lead ourselves, how to find the right direction which guides all our actions. As we lead others, whether as a boss, in families or organizations of which we are a part, we need first to lead by example, making it clear what our values are and that we live by them. Any inconsistency and behavior will be spotted, seen through and it will ruin the effectiveness. A good leader will lead quietly and subtly, from the rear, without fuss, without fanfare.

Understand your own needs and characteristics, and have in mind the other people's personality treating everyone with respect and help them grow. Know and use properly the resource of each person in the group. Be motivated and confident; and help the others develop positive attitude, gain experience and improve skills. Pay attention and listen carefully. 4. Don't let fear stop you There is always a fear when you start something new. This is the nature of life. But life is always a movement moving forward while growing and moving back while going older. Don't fear failure - it is inevitable and necessary. Even the most successful people sometimes have their downs. This failure is the foundation of success as long as we learn from it. Don't fear the other people. They are as vulnerable as we are - only sometimes they fight to protect themselves. Don't forget that when you face your fears, they will vanish into thin air. 5. Never Stop Learning Learning is the fundamental activity in a successful and purposeful life. Life gives you endless opportunities to learn, and the more difficult the situation, the more you are likely to learn. You can learn from other people, especially difficult ones – they are like angels sent from heaven to teach us about ourselves. You can learn from the things happening around. And most of all, you can learn by watching yourself, seeing how you react and reflecting deeply on what moves you. These five things will lead you to success in all areas of life. They are not quick, but are the bases of a life lived well. By Tsvetelena Taralova

Identical Twins- Geneses Identical Twins – Geneses

Jim Springer and Jim Lewis were reunited after forty years by Dr Thomas Bouchard, Professor of psychology at the University of Minnesota. He was investigating how much of our personality depends on genes. Dr Bouchard was amazed by how many things the twins had in common. He had expected them to look identical and to have similar medical histories. But he and his team was very surprised to find the enormous similarities in the two Jims` personalities, their lifestyle, their hobbies their religion, even their political beliefs. Some of the similarities are incredible: Jim Spinger`s son is called James Allen, and Jim Lewis is called James Alan. They both have dogs named Toy. They like and hate the same sports and they voted for the same President. And both Jims have the same romantic habit of leaving little love letters for their wives around the house. Dr Bouchard is convinced that genes are probably much more important in determining our personality and preferences than people used to think.

My Perfect New Year New Year is one of the best holidays of the year. On this day, everyone wants to be with their loved ones and have fun as much as possible. Well I was so lucky to be with all my friends and my love. My best start of the year took place on the villa of a very good friend of mine. We were there three days. It was really fun because everyone was with the people who loves. There were so many funny moments. We were so happy that finally we could be all together as we wanted. On the last day we didn`t want to go home again. Unfortunately, we had to. For me it was a wonderful experience with so much love around me. My friends and I want it to return, but at least, hopefully next year this will happen again.

The Kiss The kiss is healthy?

Many people think that kissing is the first and important step towards understanding whether a partner would fit and if they would be nice and passionate. Not only is the kiss indicator of the relationship, but also it has a healthy components:

future

1. To begin with, the passion kiss improves blood circulation to the face and thus, it acts as a facial massage. It makes the skin looks fresh and young and reduces the appearance of wrinkles 2.Secondly, the kiss not only stimulates the secretion of hormones of happiness, but also the secretion of the salivary glands and it begins to emit large amounts of saliva, which "wash" your mouth, removing the bacteria responsible for the occurrence of bad breath.

Love Love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. We are created to feel it and it’a an inseparable part of our life. Every person has something to love - family, partner, friends, animals etc. When you find the love in somebody, you will feel that you are alive. This feeling is amazing and makes your day better than before. Love can change you. If you are a bad person, it will make you good. The whole world will become different and you will think more positive. To be in love makes you romantic and you start making plans about future. How to realize that you love somebody? It’s very easy! When this person is in your mind all the time, when you want to be near him, want to call and hug him. Also , when you want to be together forever. This feeling is unique and I hope every person in this world will feel it. You usually meet your partner when you don’t expect it, just like it happened to me. It’s like a storm in a sunny day. You just will feel it in your heart. But not everything is very simple. You always have to fight for the love if there are problems and someone wants to separate you. But love wins every time, so never give up and follow your dreams.

Tricks of women How to break up with him? It's easy to start a relationship, but it is difficult to finish it. To break up with a loved one, or already no-loved, is not one of the nicest things that we should think how to do it. It is hard for each of us to be sincere, especially with someone you've been together until yesterday. Many books have been written about advices on relationships- how to flirt with someone; how to make him fall in love; books about separation ... But the truth is that there is no easy way to break up with someone and there is no book that has been written on how to do it in the right way! However, not all people have imagination ... If you have no idea how to get rid of your ex, here are some suggestions that may interest you. 1. Tell him that he is not the man for you! - It is very likely to be right! If you don’t want to be with him, obviously he is not your guy and there is no sense to be together. 2. Things just don’t get! - Sometimes, no matter what a good person is someone, things just don’t get. Some people will take it as a justification, others- as a good reason, but you’ll take it as a good way to break up with your “ex-loved”. 3. By SMS or call! – It is not the best way that you can choose to break up with someone, but if you don’t want to see his reaction, you'd better choose that. 4. Lie him! - If you no longer love him, but he is special for you and you don’t want to hurt him, don’t say phrases like: "I feel you just as a friend" or "There is another man"... In this case you won’t make the situation easier! 5. Just be honest! – A very few people choose this option. Most of them never say the real reason why they want to break up with you. Yes, the truth hurts, but it doesn’t mean that the lie helps. If you think he is strong enough to bear the truth, just tell it to him! It is not the easiest way, but it is the most correct and respectful. But if he is not mannerly and you know that he will start to behave badly when you tell him you don’t love him anymore- simply resort to option 4! In any way to break up with someone, it won’t be easy. It is difficult to break relations unless both want to separate. Finally, be nice and direct, but make things easier to perceive. Try to stay friends, and if he doesn’t want- rub on his nose with your next boyfriend… Especially if he is more beautiful- this will surely make your ex angry!

Philosophy of Water The Ancient Greek philosopher Empedocles held that water is one of the four classical elements along with fire, earth and air, and was regarded as the ylem, or basic substance of the universe. Water was considered cold and moist. In the theory of the four bodily humors, water was associated with phlegm. The classical element of water was also one of the five elements in traditional Chinese philosophy, along with earth, fire, wood, and metal. Water is also taken as a role model in some parts of traditional and popular Asian philosophy. James Legge's 1891 translation of the Dao De Jing states "The highest excellence is like (that of) water. The excellence of water appears in its benefiting all things, and in its occupying, without striving (to the contrary), the low place which all men dislike. Hence (its way) is near to (that of) the Tao" and "There is nothing in the world more soft and weak than water, and yet for attacking things that are firm and strong there is nothing that can take precedence of it — for there is nothing (so effectual) for which it can be changed.

BMW M3 You’ll never be disappointed with a BMW M3 it combines the performance of a supercar, and perfect interior. Comfort - Coupe versions are very comfortable long distance cars - just like any other BMW 3 rd Series. It is louder and more aggressive in terms of the engine and damping set-up. Performance - Startling is a good way to describe the M3. That's a lightweight V8 under the bonnet that weighs less than the previous straight six and it produces 414bhp and 295lb ft of torque. That's enough to launch the coupe to 62mph in just 4.8 seconds and on to a limited 155mph

Quality - It's one of the things that make any BMW 3-Series so coveted; the build quality and general feel is exceptional. Handling- The new car is slightly. It is easier to get to grips with and therefore faster for most people. It's capable of steering its way around much, much more exotic machinery. Practicality - Go for the four-door if you have kids/carry passengers a lot - it may not have the coupe's carbon roof, but it realistically provides everything the coupe does with a touch more street-sleeper. Running costs - The BMW M3, with... er... ‘spirited' driving will dispense single-figure mpg. Group 20 insurance and 309g/km aren't great either, but the used values are hard as diamond and BMW's ‘efficient dynamics' programme helps the M3 recoup some of its losses through brake-regeneration and an alternator that disconnects when not needed.

Why do Women Need to Train with Weights at the Gym?

In recent decades, scientists have been encountering more and more evidence of the benefits of strength training for women of all ages. Nevertheless, the number of women in the gym is small. Most women who attend the gym spend more time on cardio room - the paths, wheels and stepper. Here are ten reasons to engage dumbbells for: 1. You will tighten your body without making big muscles. Even today, many women mistakenly believe that if they start to train with weights, they will become too muscular. Well, such a thing cannot be done, I can tell you from years of experience. The reason for this is that no matter how heavy dumbbells are, they increase muscle mass between 10 and 30 times less in women than in men. So with strength training you can only tighten and make sexy relief body. 2. You will become physically stronger - training will increase your strength, which in turn will help you in everyday life. 3. You will lose more fat from your fat stores scientific studies show that if a woman started to in the gym two - three times a week, it will lose some pounds only to fat deposits, located mainly on the thighs and abdomen.

4. Training reduce the risk of osteoporosis Osteoporosis is a thinning and loss of bone density, and occurs in one third of all women in menopause. It was declared the third most important disease after cardiovascular diseases and cancer. According to conducted research, strength training increases bone mineral density by 13% in just three months. This, along with proper diet with foods rich in calcium and vitamin D, it may be the best prevention of all women with osteoporosis. 5. You will improve your athletic - any sport you practice, strength training will help you improve your performance while reducing the risk of injuries and trauma. 6. It reduces the risk of back pain and arthritis - Strength training not only makes your muscles stronger, but strengthens connective tissues and increases joint stability. 7. It reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease - strength training can improve the health of the cardiovascular system in several ways - lower bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol), increase good (HDL) cholesterol and reduce blood pressure. 8. It reduces the risk of diabetes - strength training can improve the way the body processes sugar, which in turn reduces the risk of diabetes. 9. It is never too late to start! Even women in their 60's and 70's can use it. Scientific studies show that strength improvements are possible at any age. But always use the services of a professional fitness trainer in the gym. 10. You will improve your mood and fight depression - according to a study at Harvard, ten week strength training reduced clinical depression symptoms more successfully than advice in psychotherapy. Women who exercise regularly say they feel better, and with higher confidence! 12

Undercover MY FAVOURITE BULGARIAN SERIAL Specially trained agent Martin (Ivaylo Zahariev) receives the most dangerous mission in Bulgaria - to infiltrate the ranks of the mafia boss - Peter Tudjarov - Jarrah (Michael Bilalov). On the way to the goal Martin has to go through many trials and merge with the underworld. His task is further complicated when he meets the girl of his boss - Sunny (Irena Milyankova). While acting undercover and rose through the ranks of the mafia, Martin falls into a world of violence, corruption and crime ... "Undercover" is a modern crime series that recreates realistic stories of the underworld in Bulgaria. "Undercover" is a completely fictional story and any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental. However, the scenario of the series has weaved many real stories of modern life, we read the papers and watch the news - gang wars, redistribution of the market, with a smear sticks, shooting in Sofia, corruption schemes, bank robberies and more interesting situations viewers expect from the April 17, Sunday Television. The characters in the series are layered and can not be divided into good and bad characters. Viewers should be prepared for many unexpected twists and surprising storylines are dynamic and overlapping. Each series tells a specific story or a story with a beginning and an end, but should develop and main storyline. For the accuracy of the stories help and expertise of crime journalist from the newspaper 24 hours, Slavi Angelov. My favorite character in the film is ''THE HAIR''. He is not typical thug, he's eccentric, and it shines with intelligence or physical strength, but always unconventional solution to some problems. Friend has all but been hesitant and rarely takes initiative. Born in the countryside, but the child lives in Sofia with his parents. Since he was a teenager he has begun to deal with any schemes or illegal trade. His experience and reputation of baked "punk" won him a job in one of the underground car dealerships Jarrah, where drugs are distributed. So he becomes part of a criminal group Tudjarov.

The trouble with Hallowe'en One of my greatest disappointments as a child was not having been born in America. I knew from my American pen-friend that they had a great deal of fun over there. They had Disneyland and perhaps more importantly, they celebrated Halloween. I didn’t know what Hallowe'en exactly meant. I only knew its origins were Irish, but little more. However, this element of mystery added to the excitement. Besides, any festival that involved ghosts, skeletons, dressing up and annoying grumpy old neighbours just had to be fun. Twenty years on we now have Euro Disney on our own doorstep and Hallowe'en is almost as important in Britain as New Year’s Eve or Christmas Day. Considering my love of America and its tradition, I suppose I should see this development as a cause for rejoicing. However, I have recently had a cause to wonder whether Hallowe'en is such a good thing after all and now I view the whole thing with deep suspicion. This change of attitude occurred last October, when I spent my first Hallowe'en with my

friends. At first it all seemed quite enjoyable. The pumpkin was overpriced, but I have never made a death’s head mask before and I found it very satisfying cutting out the teeth shapes in its mouth. So satisfying, indeed, that I didn’t want to stop. This led to a disagreement between Ally and me as to how much of the pumpkin each of us should be allowed to carve. The disagreement turned into a heated argument and Ally left the scene in a raging temper.

16

Worse was to follow. While I made pumpkin soup in the kitchen I heard shrieks of protest from the sitting-room. Ally wanted to go trick-or-treating. Her father thought she was too old. Feeling a bit of a kill joy after the pumpkin incident, I decided to act like a mediator. Yes, she could go, I decreed, provided she went with a group of us. Now it was my father’s turn to get upset. It just wasn’t safe for me to go knocking on strange people’s doors on a dark, foggy October night. This problem was solved when a neighbouring parent agreed to escort the trick-or-treat party on their rounds... But by then, there had been another row. ‘No way!’ My mother shouted. ‘No way I am going to let you cut holes in a perfectly good sheet just to make a ghost costume which you will only be used for 10minutes!’ It all seemed worthwhile when Ally returned from her expedition clutching an impressive quantity of sweets and fruit. At least she would spend her pocket money on something other than chocolate for the next few weekends. Ally had other ideas. She intended to eat them all immediately :D And so began another argument which might have gone on until bedtime if we had not been rescued by the arrival of numerous other trick-or-treaters. However, our supply of tangerines had run out. There was only one thing for it: we would have to dip into Ally’s sweet collection. Needless to say, it ended in tears. The tears of course dried up now, but they left their mark and a feeling that Halloween may be more trouble than it is worth.

Friendship What is the friendship? Friendship is a relationship between two or more people who hold mutual interests for each other, for example cooperation and support, understanding, respect and affection. Friends are usually people, who share similar tastes together and do activities which are pleasant for them, they help each other in difficult moments, share tips. For some people friendship means just the trust that the other will not hurt you. Friendship is an inseparable part of our lives. If you have a true friend, you are the richest person in the world. A friend is one with whom you can share things from what you did today to the most intimate secrets to keep. You can tell them anything, but even if it is wrong, you will not be criticized. A friend is one who will support you in your choice, although it is not correct. As a conclusion, I quote one of the most famous phrases of friendship, said by Aristotle: "What's your friend? This is one soul living in two bodies!"
