Philosophy The Villa Eden Mindful Cuisine concept has been created for contemporary and health-conscious guests. We focus on a delicate and aromatic cuisine, which guarantees an authentic taste in exciting combinations. That is why we exclusively use products of the highest quality and optimum wholesomeness, fairly produced, and whenever possible with local organic ingredients. We draw on the diversity of rare and almost forgotten vegetables, fruits and grains with their distinctive flavours and nutrients. As a result, self-healing body powers are activated, improving health, vitality and mental balance.
