Presso il nostro centro termale vengono effettuate inalazioni, aerosol e docce nasali che utilizzano le proprietà benefiche dell’acqua termale di Abano. Quindi, gli ospiti affetti da problematiche legate alle vie respiratorie e da malattie otorinolaringoiatriche (sinusite, faringite, laringite, rinite, bronchite cronica, ecc.) possono usufruire dei seguenti trattamenti.

Lo shiatsu è un antico trattamento cinese basato sui principi della medicina taoista. Con tecniche di digitopressione, l’operatore va a riequilibrare l’afflusso di energia in ogni singolo organo, stimolando i punti posti lungo i meridiani energetici.

Il suo nome deriva da “water” (acqua) e “shiatsu”. Per praticare questo massaggio bisogna essere immersi in una vasca poco profonda con acqua riscaldata. Dopo una breve preparazione respiratoria, ci si abbandona nelle braccia dell’operatore che fa fluire e galleggiare a pelo d’acqua il corpo del paziente, alternando pressioni e stiramenti in punti chiave del corpo a movimenti dolci. Il massaggio watsu aumenta la mobilità muscolare, le articolazioni sembrano più leggere, scompaiono tensioni e dolori, ma la pratica in acqua ha soprattutto profondi effetti psicologici e di rilassamento.

Il percorso Kneipp sfrutta gli effetti benefici dell’idroterapia con il passaggio attraverso due vasche di acqua termale, una calda (33-34°C) e una fredda (17-18°C). La circolazione sanguigna di gambe e piedi ne trarrà benefici immediati. A vostra completa disposizione nella nostra zona piscina.

• La piscine est ouverte de 8h00 à 19h00 (avec la présence d’un maître nageur de 8h00 à 12h00 et de 15h30 à 19h00).

• Pour accéder à la piscine, il est obligatoire de porter des sandales en caoutchouc et non pas des chaussures.

• Nous vous prions d’avoir le plus grand respect de respect pour le matériel. Tout dommage, même involontaire, devra être indemnisé.

• La douche avant d’accéder à la piscine est obligatoire.

• Le bonnet dans la piscine est obligatoire (pour l’éventuel achat vous pouvez vous adresser au maître-nageur ou à l’Accueil).

• Il est défendu de jouer au ballon et de plonger.

• Il est défendu d’introduire dans le bassin des palmes, des bouteilles d’air comprimé, des jouets et des ballons.

• Il est défendu aux personnes présentant des blessures, des abrasions ou des altérations cutanées de nature suspecte (verrues, dermatites, mycoses, etc.) d’accéder au bassin.

• Il est défendu aux enfants non accompagnés par un adulte d’accéder au bassin.

• Il est défendu d’introduire des chiens ou d’autres animaux dans l’espace piscines.

• La direction n’est pas responsable des vols ou de la perte d’objets non surveillés.

• Prière de respecter les règles d’hygiène et de propreté ordinaires.

• Les lits sont libres et ne peuvent pas être réservés.

• Il est sévèrement défendu d’entrer dans le bassin en l’absence du maître-nageur.
