Sauna Etiquette
Per gli adulti si consiglia di fare una doccia ed entrare nell’ambiente secco per circa 10 minuti. Dopodiché, procedere con un’ulteriore doccia fredda e rilassarsi sui lettini con i piedi più in alto della testa, così da favorire il ricircolo fisiologico del sangue ed evitare cali di pressione.
In seguito, bere una tisana o dell’acqua aromatizzata per reintegrare i liquidi persi sudando e mangiare un frutto per fornire zuccheri ed energie al corpo.
Anche i più piccoli possono provare questa esperienza con un accompagnatore e nelle stesse modalità dei grandi, ma con una permanenza ridotta a 5 minuti.
Erwachsenen empfehlen wir, sich zu duschen und sich etwa 10 Minuten lang im Trockenbereich aufzuhalten.
