Thanontok riverside area is one of three bend of the Chaophraya river in a capital side. And is the only bend that the opportunity to develop a good residence. The development area for interconnection between land transport and water. And Develop a public waterfront area of the city.
ELEVATION
Open space along the water as a public space for recreation and commerce. On the recognition of the unique nature and identity of the area.

DETAIL DESIGN2 Each building has a different height reduced to not obstruct the view. Espacially the commercial building on the waterfront are low-rise. And each building is curved to take panoramic views.

Golden mountain is an import landmark of city where area connects from cultural tourism area district. Around golden mount is the oldcommunities. Communities will be developed to tourism and old lifestyle sources. Waterfront community will be adaptive reused by resulting new occupations for community and new active economic to this area.

The commercial is 24 hours by main commercial is on the center of site and connect all zone area with green way.

Ratchadumnoen road is much important historic of bangkok that use area to make country activities but in present, building usage is not full potential. And eletric train(MRT) come into the area resulting to active for area by adaptive reuse building to cultural and historical education sources and luxury residential for tourists.
