Ingredients 1 medium size banana 3 tablespoons of instant oatmeal ¼ cup water 6 unsalted almonds ½ cup of low fat milk Method 1. Put all the ingredients, except milk, in a blender and blend until smooth. This makes about ½ cup of puree mixture. 2. Pour the puree mixture into a cup, then add ½ cup of low fat milk. 3. You have made yourself a non foamy smoothie.
