Ingredients 200g tofu 2 ears of corn (dehusked) 2 tomatoes 1 whole onion 1 litre water ½ cup low sodium chicken broth Pepper
Method 1. Chop onions into cubes and slice tomatoes. 2. Break each ear of corn into 3 parts. 3. Add all to water and chicken broth 4. Bring to a boil. 5. Add pepper for taste. 6. Serve immediately.
