AICare Link (pronounced as “I Care Link”) located within CareConnect is a new touch point for patients, caregivers, and members of the public seeking information on community care.

They can ask the AICare Link Care Consultants for advice on care-at-home, centre-based care and respite care services. They can also be assisted with applying for various financial assistance schemes such as the Community Health Assist Scheme, and Seniors’ Mobility and Enabling Fund. AICare Link is a collaboration between the Hospital and the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
