RAWLS BUSINESS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM rawlsleaders.ba.ttu.edu
Become a “COMPLETE” STUDENT. The Rawls Business Leadership Program is a dynamic learning program designed to develop students as leaders. This program focuses on developing the “complete” student, a student who has both a strong academic foundation and the real-world experience necessary to be a successful leader. The four elements of the program consist of experiential living and learning, real-world application, international experience and interactive personal development. While this program is not an independent major, it is designed to enhance a student’s learning experience at Rawls by providing the opportunity to participate in action-based leadership activities applicable to all business majors. This program was featured at the 2015 Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) Curriculum Conference.

Interact and grow
FOR SUCCESS.
Leaders are made through developing positive relationships and a commitment to one’s continued self-improvement. Each student will be assigned an academic mentor, a professional mentor, and a leadership coach to provide guidance and advice. In turn, the Rawls Business Leaders will use this guidance to mentor student peers and grow their leadership skills through networking.
