TFT has just completed Stage 1 of a scheme to demolish and replace retail units at the delightfully-titled Roaring Meg Retail Park, Stevenage
TFT are employed as Project Manager, Employers Agent, Principal Designer and Party Wall Surveyor for the demolition of the existing Units 4 and 5 and replacing them with 160,000 square ft of retail space consisting of 4 newly constructed retail units.
The development of Stage 2 at Roaring Meg is due to complete in May 2016. The objective is to achieve BREEAM Very Good for the works.
