The Tulane Strategic Communications staff thanks you for your coverage of Green Wave athletics teams in 2020-21. For information regarding credentials, arranging interviews, broadcast coverage, obtaining statistics or photos, please contact the appropriate member of the Strategic Communications staff. The Strategic Communications offices are located on the third floor of the James W. Wilson Jr., Center. Parking is available in the Claiborne Lot (accessible off Claiborne Avenue next to Greer Field at Turchin Stadium).

MEDIA OPPORTUNITIES & SERVICES

Requests for specific players should be made to Connor McGinnis in the Strategic Communications office.

INTERVIEWS All interview requests for head coach Lisa Stockton, assistant coaches and student-athletes must be coordinated through the Strategic Communications office.

During the regular season, student-athletes are available for interviews, either on zoom or on the phone, at the conclusion of practice. In order to arrange for studentathlete interviews, please provide 24 hours notice to the Strategic Communications office. Student-athlete interviews may be conducted at Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse, the Hertz Center or in the Strategic Communications Office. The Tulane training room, locker rooms and weight room are off-limits to the media.

For telephone interviews, student-athletes will be provided with the number and will make the call at a mutually-agreed upon time. Phone numbers of studentathletes will not be made available to the media.

PRACTICE COVERAGE Regular-season practices will be held in Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse, as well as the Hertz Center. Practices are closed to the public.

WEBSITE Updated statistics, notes, game recaps, weekly and daily releases, player and coaches’ bios, historical, broadcast and ticket information, can be found at TulaneGreenWave.com. Media are encouraged to check the website regularly for the latest Green Wave athletics news.

GAME DAY COVERAGE

CREDENTIAL REQUESTS All requests for media, radio, television, photography, scouting and parking credentials for practice and game day coverage, should be made in writing, on company letterhead or via e-mail (company name in address), to the Strategic Communications office. Requests to cover a specific game should be made at least one week prior. Game credentials can be picked up in the Strategic Communications office during the week or at the media will-call location inside Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse.

All space for the working press, radio and television for Tulane women’s basketball games is allocated by the Strategic Communications office, which reserves the right to deny credentials to any outlet.

Media credentials will be issued to working media only. Credentials are not transferable and use by anyone other than members of the working media is prohibited. Credentials used in an unauthorized manner will be revoked. News organizations allowing unauthorized individuals to use credentials will have their credentials revoked. All press credentials remain the property of the Tulane Athletics Department and must be returned upon request. Credentials will NOT be mailed.

POSTGAME INTERVIEWS For home games, Tulane’s postgame interviews take place via Zoom in Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse. Please contact Connor McGinnis for the Zoom information. The athletics communications contact of the visiting school will provide the link for their team’s media availability.

Head coach Lisa Stockton and requested players will be available postgame approximately 10 minutes after each game. Tulane’s locker room is closed.
