Paralegal Section Announces Officers for 2021-2022 Est.2009 The current TCBA paralegal section wishes to announce the new slate of officers for their section for the upcoming 2021-2022 year. On behalf of Gloria Jones, Chair, Debbie Gresh, Vice-Chair, and Karlyn Apon, secretary, we would like to congratulate Karlyn Apon as the new Chair for the upcoming year, Kathy Keener, as the new Vice Chair, and Sheri Ward as the new secretary.
