In addition, two Doerner attorneys were exclusively recognized by Best Lawyers® as a 2022 "Lawyer of the Year." Included were Jon E. Brightmire for Litigation – Labor and Employment in Tulsa and N. Lance Bryan for Litigation – Construction in Tulsa. Only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area is honored as the "Lawyer of the Year," making this accolade particularly significant. In the second edition of the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch,” Lauren R. Myers was recognized again for her work in Tulsa for Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Law. Sara E. Potts was also recognized in three practice areas for Oklahoma City, including Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Labor and Employment, and Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions – Defendants. This honor recognizes extraordinary lawyers who have been in private practice for less than 10 years in the United States and is based entirely on peer review.
