Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa Member Maegan Miner Awarded Tulsan of the Year

TULSA, OK – The American Indian Chamber of Commerce gathered on July 17th – 19th at the Hard Rock Casino to host the Gathering, the Chamber’s largest event of the year. The three day conference offers many educational sessions as well as an award ceremony. Of the Tulsa Chapter, hardworking HBA member Maegan Miner was awarded Tulsa Member of the Year. The AICCO states, “This honor is reflective of the commitment shown by [Miner] to the American Indian Chamber’s mission of building a stronger American Indian business community. [Miner] and FirsTitle have consistently supported these efforts, making a difference in AICCO’s ability to help Native business companies connect with opportunities and to flourish even in trying times.” Maegan Miner currently serves in the Professional Women in Building Council and the Public Relations Committee, and you can find her at nearly every HBA event. Being a Proud Member of the HBA, we are happy to celebrate our member’s achievement with her.

About American Indian Chamber

of Commerce of Oklahoma: Founded in the early 1990’s with a grant to the Indian Health Care Resource Center in Tulsa, with the primary purpose of bringing together Native business owners, tribes and resources together.

It was incorporated as a non-profit organization with the focus to provide a format for American Indian entrepreneurs to promote their business, for corporations to connect with American Indian businesses, to act as a liaison on tribal economic development issues and to offer the best in resources, training and networking for the American Indian business owner.
