I encourage you to visit the savings website and earmark it for a continual return as new savings programs are announced quarterly that can impact your business and personal expenditures. As a member of the Tulsa HBA, you are also a member of the Oklahoma Home Builders Association. OKHBA offers a few different programs for Insurance as well as a rebate program for our builders. Do you participate in the OKHBA sponsored General Liability Insurance Programs through Hub International? HOME BUILDING NEWS 2022 7
This program was limited to our Builder Members only until a few years ago when a new program was introduces for our Associate Members. The Insurance Policy has great coverage for our members and usually comes with substantial savings compared to market rate plans you currently have. In 2021 OKHBA introduces a new Association Group Health Insurance Plan. The insurance carrier is United Healthcare and they have 23 different plans that can be provided to your organizations that have 1-100 employees. The Tulsa HBA recently inquired about converting our employee health care plan to the OKHBA Plan and we were able to save 23% off of our monthly payment while providing better coverage for our employees. I would highly encourage you to call Hub International at 833-970-3644 to receive a quote on your group health insurance options. If you are a Builder Member, I encourage you to participate in the OKHBA Rebate Program. The information can be found at hbarebates. com and you will find that you don’t; have to change the products or suppliers you use in order to receive these rebates. The average builder in Oklahoma received almost $1,500 in rebates in 2020 for using products like Delta, Banco, Carrier, InSinkErator, Honeywell, and many more. We have members of the Tulsa HBA that are saving thousands of dollars by utilizing the discounts, rebates, and programs we offer at a local, state, and national level.
