WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED!

Paula Bearden Counselor, Riverside Campus

I am starting my thirteenth year working in our Success Centers, and I continue to be encouraged by the work we do and the students we serve. Our mission is to help all students, whether they are retaking a course to gain credit or working on a course for the first time to improve their schedules for the upcoming school year. After the last several years, the need for programs like our Success Centers is crucial. We are a great asset to students who need a chance to get back on track for graduation. I am incredibly grateful to be a part of a program that has positively impacted so many students. The Success Centers are set up so that our staff can encourage and advocate for each student on a more personal level. Regardless of why they are here, our staff enjoys teaching, connecting, and helping each student and allowing them to reach their goals within the structure and support available through our facility. Stacy Duncan Counselor, Peoria Campus

As I begin my sixth year working in our Success Centers, I am excited to see them grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of our students, community, and world. We offer support and a safe place for all students completing coursework in our labs. Every staff member has a passion to teach, lead, and advocate for the students we serve, which results in successful students.

It is an honor to work closely with the school counselors, students, and families of our partner schools. These partnerships, coupled with the work we do in our Success Centers, allow Tulsa Tech to continue to invest in current and future generations of students and provide opportunity, hope, and success to those that need it the most.
