Sassy Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients Simple syrup ¼ cup granulated sugar ¼ cup water

1 lb. strawberries, hulled ¾ cup orange juice 1 lime, juiced (about 3 Tbsp.) 3 oz. tequila ½–1 tsp. lime zest (optional) Ice cubes

1. To create simple syrup, combine sugar and water in 2 Cup Micro

Pitcher. Cover and microwave on high power 1 minute, or until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool. 2. Place strawberries in the SuperSonic Chopper Extra, with blade attachment, cover and pull cord to process until strawberries are pureed. 3. Add all ingredients, except ice to All In One Shaker Large, insert blender wheel, cover and shake until combined 4. Salt or sugar rim of glass, if desired. Pour over ice to serve.
