Sweet & Sour Carrot Salad
2 carrots Sauce 2 Tbsp. peanut butter 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil ½ Tbsp. lemon juice ½ Tbsp. soy sauce
½ Tbsp. honey ½ tsp. fresh ginger ½ tsp. sesame seeds 1 pinch chili pepper
Garnish 2 Tbsp. cashews, chopped 1 sprig of parsley
Directions 1. Using the Fusion Master Spiralizer with the Thin Cut Cone, spiralize carrots into noodles and place into a medium bowl. 2. Add sauce ingredients in the Quick Shaker Container, cover and shake to blend. 3. Pour sauce over carrots, then garnish with cashews and parsley.
