Cornbread
Ingredients 1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 egg ⅓ cup milk
Directions 1. In a small bowl mix together corn muffin mix, egg and milk, stir to combine. 2. Pour half of the batter into the Microwave Breakfast Maker and microwave on high power for 2 minutes, check, add additional 30 second increments if needed. 3. Remove from microwave, remove the lid and allow to cool for a few minutes. 4. Remove from Microwave Breakfast Maker and cook remaining batter.
