Ingredients 2 Tbsp. sliced leeks (or onions) 3 eggs 2 Tbsp. water Salt, pepper 2 Tbsp. grated cheese (Brie, goat or cheddar)

Directions 1. Add leeks to the Microwave Breakfast Maker. 2. In a small bowl mix eggs, water, salt and pepper until well blended, pour over leeks, sprinkle cheese over egg mixture. 3. Cover and microwave for 4-5 minutes at 50% power, let stand for 3 minutes.
