S’mores Lava Cake
Ingredients 1 pkg. devil's food cake mix (regular size) 1⅔ cups water 3 large eggs ⅓ cup canola oil 2 cups cold 2% milk 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips 1½ cups marshmallows, mini or 1 cup marshmallow cream (jar) 2 graham cracker sheets broke into pieces
Directions 1. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, eggs and oil; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Add to the Microwave Pressure Cooker. 2. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spoon over cake batter; sprinkle with chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham crackers. 3. Seal and microwave on high power 10 minutes. 4. Remove from microwave and allow pressure to release naturally until pressure indicator fully lowers, about 10–15 minutes. 5. Top with ice cream or cool whip
