Ingredients ⅓ cup small macaroni elbow noodles uncooked ⅓ cup water ¼ cup milk, whole or 2% ½ cup finely shredded cheese

Directions 1. In the base of the Microwave Rice Maker Mini add water and pasta; stir to combine. 2. Do not cover, microwave for 2 minutes. 3. Stir the mixture. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes. At this point, you can check if all the water has been absorbed and the pasta is fully cooked. If not add 30-60 more seconds so that all the water is gone. This will ensure the sauce is not watery. 4. Stir in the milk and shredded cheese, stir and microwave for a final 30-60 seconds.
