Ingredients 1 cup long grain rice 1 cup water 1 cup chicken broth ½ tsp. minced garlic ½ cup small broccoli florets, chopped ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 tbsp. oil Salt, pinch Pepper, pinch

Directions 1. In the Microwave Rice Maker add water, rice, chicken broth, garlic and broccoli; stir to combine. Microwave on high heat 5 minutes.

Continue to microwave at 50% power 12-15 minutes more. 2. Remove from microwave, let stand 5 minutes. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
