½ cup red wine vinegar 1 tsp. kosher salt plus more 3-4 garlic cloves, minced 1 shallot, finely chopped 1 Fresno chili or red jalapeño, finely chopped ¾ cup fresh cilantro, minced ½ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced ¼ cup fresh oregano, finely chopped ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
1. Add all ingredients in the Quick Shake Container, cover and shake until well combined. Reserve ½ cup marinade for sauce. 2. Put meat in Season Serve Container. Pour remaining marinade. over meat, cover; chill for 3 -8 hours. 3. Remove meat from marinade, pat dry, and grill.
