Ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour ⅓ cup cocoa powder ½ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. baking powder ⅛ tsp. table salt ½ cup canola oil 1 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract ¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions 1. Place Silicone Small Round Form on a microwave safe plate for transferring to the microwave. 2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until combined. 3. Pour batter into the Silicone Small Round Form. 4. Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes. 5. Let rest 5 minutes.
