Reservation and Cancelation Policy
Only by the payment of the full amount (100%) of the activity the reservation is becoming confirmed.
All activities must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. All services cancelled by you generate a 10% administrative fee.
A “no show” or lack of cancelation of a service will result in 100% charge for the service, which means that there will be no refund.
The person who made the reservation must do the cancelations. This is to protect you from any false cancelation by another person who wishes to cancel your activity.
