Go Canvas Mobile App Set-up Instructions

Account Set-up Instructions:

You will receive an email from donotreply@gocanvas.com, similar to the one below:

When you receive this email, click on the “Join Now� button.


This will open a browser and take you to a website where you will be informed that you have been signed up for an account.

Confirm your email address, and then click on the Activate Account button.

It will then take you to the next page, where you will be asked to create a password. After completing this page, then click save.


If you did this correctly, you will be taken to a final page informing you that your account has been created successfully, as shown below.

From here, you can select the format you want to download the app for your smart device. You can also search “Go Canvas” in your device’s app store, or visit https://www.gocanvas.com/m and select the appropriate app for you.


Mobile App Instructions: Once you download and install the app on your mobile device, find the app on your device and open the app.

When the app opens, the first thing you will need to do is log-in, using your District email and the password you created above when you activated your account.


Once you complete your log-in details and select Log In, the first thing the app will do is sync with the server and download the forms you are authorized to use.

After the app has synced up, it will take you to the landing page. On this page you can click on the app that you want to use. Once the app opens up, just follow the prompts on the screen.
