TID is an essential service provider and we have a responsibility to continue to provide safe and reliable water and power. We have worked hard to create a detailed, well-thought out reentry plan for the protection of our employees, because the community is depending on us.

MOVING BETWEEN PHASES Movement between Phases is determined by the following criteria: • Federal/State/County guidelines • Ability to perform essential and critical work and provide essential service to our customers • Incidence rate and activity amongst TID employees • Completed facility enhancements and availability of necessary supplies • Training on protocols and staffing and movement in/out of facilities

PROTOCOLS FOR EACH PHASE • Facility access and entry/exit • Wellness screening • Staffing capacity at each facility • Physical distancing and personal protective equipment (PPE) • Engagement with customers • Use of shared spaces and common areas • Business travel • Internal meetings • Outside vendors/deliveries at TID facilities #WeAreTID
WELLNESS SCREENINGS • Self-assessment questionnaire for employees that have been away from the office for more than 24 hours • Secured physicians to conduct web-based health assessments for employees • Screening also applies to vendors, contractors, contacts from outside the District • Two-page screening form with guidelines re: interaction at TID facilities

IDENTIFYING AND RECOVERING FROM ILLNESS • If you are ill for any reason - stay home. We each have a responsibility to protect each other • If you become ill during your shift: • Notify your Supervisor • Go home immediately
• TID will: • Follow up with those with whom the ill employee has been in contact and screen accordingly • Sanitize any area in which the employee was working or had been present including any equipment, vehicles, supplies, etc. • Follow up with the ill employee to determine the need for medical consultation #WeAreTID
IDENTIFYING AND RECOVERING FROM ILLNESS • A recovered or exposed employee may return to work when the following conditions are met: • In the case of a positive COVID-19 test
• Receive two negative test results administered two days apart, and • Receive release from a healthcare professional or public health officer, and • Successfully completed screening questionnaire and temperature check
• In the absence of a COVID-19 test
• 14 day quarantine and • At least 7 days symptom-free without the use of symptom-reducing medication, and • Respiratory symptoms have improved, and • Successfully completed screening questionnaire and temperature check #WeAreTID
FACILITY MODIFICATIONS • Signage • Entry/exit reminders, room capacities, protection & health protocols, proper routing through office
• Plexi-glass barriers • Where engagement with public or other employees may be required in less than six feet of space.
• Touchless faucets, flushers and soap dispensers installed • Addition of water refill stations • Occupancy of & seating in breakrooms, conference rooms and common areas have been adjusted #WeAreTID
ENHANCED CLEANING • Increased sanitizing of commonly used equipment, countertops, doors, bathrooms and fuel islands nightly • Cleaning/sanitizing products will be made available for use throughout the office, with products stationed at common use areas including copy machines, printers, plotters, supply cabinets, etc. • We all must do our part to keep facilities and work areas clean

MOVEMENT AT OR WITHIN TID FACILITIES • Some facilities will have new flow patterns for movement around the building that will be denoted by signage • Elevators limited to one person at a time • Limited access to areas outside of your own department • Physical distancing at all times, including using entrances and exits

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) • Personal Protective Equipment (masks, face coverings, gloves) is available to all employees • Contact your Supervisor if you need PPE
• Masks/face coverings are required in work situations that do not allow for social distancing • Be prepared to have your face covering or mask on as you exit your vehicle and enter a District facility or work site

TRAVEL • No non-essential business travel • Essential travel and customer site visits must be approved by your AGM • Employees returning from vacation should be screened as to the locations visited, to determine if a self-quarantine is warranted • The CDC requires a 14 day self-quarantine following International travel, including cruises
