Many of us already do our part to give back to our communities. TEAM TID would like to encourage you to share some of the wonderful things you are doing to help make our communities brighter. The objective is to post comments or pictures of yourself and/or your families doing good for our communities. TEAM TID has created a TEAM TID's Kudoboard | Kudoboard. This will be our brag/encouragement board to share within the district. We understand it’s hard to find creative ways to give back during these times. So we thought we’d share some ideas (see below).
Blood Donations Mowing a neighbor’s lawn Providing food for someone in need (meal train) Pick up trash around a community park Donating to a local charity o Monetary donations o Drive-Thru dinners o Volunteering time o Supply drive Helping the elderly o Sending them letters or cards o Virtual visits
These are just ideas, and we know there are so many creative and giving employees that go above and beyond and we’d like to hear all about it. Don’t forget, giving back to your community can earn you Seity Points! There is no contest or prizes for participating besides the satisfaction of knowing you are doing good for your community and inspiring your TID Teammates to do the same!
