SP Microsite – TID Connect Instructions Steps to Install/Activate DUO app: 1. Please open the app store, search for DUO MFA and install.
2. Email the Help Desk at hdmail@tid.org to request access and get started. IT will contact you with additional instructions and information. 3. IT will send a text message to your phone with a link to activate the DUO app. Please click on this link AFTER you have the app installed to activate it. IMPORTANT: The activation link expires in 24 hours. If you believe your activation link is expired, missing, or you are having difficulty activating please contact the helpdesk. 4. In an internet browser go to: connect.tid.org and log in using your TID credentials. Check the box to accept the terms & conditions.
5. At this point you will be prompted to approve the login in DUO on your smartphone. Open the DUO app on your smartphone and you should see a screen to approve/deny the login request.
6. After you approve the login, you will be taken to the main TID Connect screen. 7. Once you have logged in, please select the “Apps” icon at the top of the page, if it is not already selected.
8. Click the “Strategic Plan” icon in the row of Apps.
9. Upon clicking the icon, a new tab with the Microsite should automatically open. From here, browse and learn about the 2020-2025 Strategic Plan!
