Turlock Irrigation District Groundwater Recharge Interest Form TID is looking for feedback from growers to determine interest in potential groundwater recharge programs. If a portion or all of your parcel(s) are available to receive recharge water from TID canals, please respond to the following questions as soon as possible. Participation in the survey does not guarantee participation in recharge programs, nor does it mean you must participate in any proposed programs. This is simply an information gathering process.
