The Sierra Repertory eatre is taking a summer dive into the depth’s of the ocean and the secret world that lies beneath with their upcoming production of Disney’s “ e Little Mermaid.” e musical is based o of Disney’s version of the story originally written by Hans Christian Anderson. e story of A riel, a mermai d and King Triton’s youngest daughter and her pursuit of t he human Prince Eric in the world above, has become a well-known classic. e stage production features all of the beloved characters like Flounder the sh, Scuttle th e seagull and Sebastian the crab and some not so beloved like sea witch, Ursula. It features song’s like U nder the Sea,” “Kiss the Girl” and “Part of Your World.”

We all know the lm so well and each of us has our own artistic stamp that we would like to press onto this production. Daniels, Kaylene Howard, Kevin Heath, Alex Alansalon, Asher Berg, Charlie Munday, addeus Piett, Kabir Gandhi, Fiona Mowbray, Jackie ompson, Olivia Marie Jones, Mia Mekjian, Marlee Tierney, Katia Burke, Bree Igoe, Quinn Igoe, Alice James, Ruby E. James. e show is choreograph ed by Charlie Munday, and music directed by Scott Michaelsen. Scenic design by Tijana Bjelajac, costume design by Lukas Pirmin Wassmann, lighting design by William Brown, video design by Julian Kelley, hair and make-up design by Brenda O’Brien, and sound design by Tatiana Covington-Parra. e dialect coach is Kimily Conkle, and the stage manager is Alicia Lerner.

Disney’s “ e Little Mermaid” previews at the Fallon House eatre in Columbia State Historic Park at 6:30 p.m. on June 2, and 2 p.m. on June 4. e show opens at 7 p.m. June 4 and will be followed by an opening night celebration at Inner Sanctum Cellars Basecamp. Regular performance times are at 12 p.m. Wednesdays, 2 p.m. ursdays, 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays through July 17.
