Terms + Conditions

Orders:

We have no minimum dollar amount for opening orders or reorders. Products are sold in case packs of specific quantities. Orders that do not meet an item’s required amount will be rounded up to the minimum case pack size.

Shipping:

All orders ship from our Tucson, AZ warehouse via USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified. We do our best to ship all orders within 5 to 8 business days. International shipments may be subject to customs and/or brokerage fees.

Payment:

Standard payment terms are prepay by credit card or check. Credit card is required for all opening orders, along with Tax ID resale number. All customer accounts are subject to approval by Turtle’s Soup.

Terms:

Net terms are available when ordering through our Faire marketplace profile.

Returns & Claims:

All orders are final sale. In the event that an item is missing or an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of product. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Turtle’s Soup. Email: orders@turtlessoup.com

Invoices:

Invoices will be sent via email when order ships.

Pricing:

Prices and products shown are subject to change without notice.

Backorders:

Backorder Itemswill automatically be canceled and removed from the invoice, unless value exceeds $50 USD.
