Ordering

If you are interested in carrying Turtle’s Soup in your store, you can find our Wholesale Application here

You can also send us an email at wholesale@turtlessoup.com and include your contact info, store name, and location.

Online Sales

We allow the sale of our products via your own website, but do ask that you credit each listing with our brand name.

Selling our products on third party websites such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, and so on is prohibited and may result in the closure of your account.

PAYMENT & TERMS

Opening / Reorder Minimums are $100/$50

We may offer Net 30 or 60 terms upon request, following an opening order.

Any questions about your order should be submitted via email to orders@turtlessoup.com.

SHIPPING & TURNAROUND

Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days, via USPS Priority and/or USPS Parcel Select Ground.

We are able to ship via UPS and/or FedEx accounts, as needed. Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure your order goes out with your preference.

Domestic (U.S.) orders always receive free shipping!

Backorders

In the event that an item on your order is out of stock or backordered, it will be noted on your shipment invoice, either with an estimated ship date, or as a cancelled & refunded SKU.

RETAIL DISPLAYS & PACKAGING

Need a display? We have numerous options! From our 12 and 25-pocket countertop units, sifter boxes, and wall displays, we have you covered when it comes to showing off your new stickers in your shop. First time customers receive a free 12-pocket display with their opening order.

Retail packaging (hang tags, backing cards) is available upon request for an additional surcharge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We ask that all returns, exchanges, and cancellation requests be made by email to support@turtlessoup.com within 24 business hours of order placement. Any cancellations after that point may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the products and/or order.

If there’s an error with your order, please contact us at orders@turtlessoup.com with your order number in the subject line and we will take care of it for you as soon as possible.

Any returned products must be returned in their original, unopened (if applicable) condition. Please notify us within 5 business days should you require a return or exchange.

Custom Design Work

On occasion, our team is able to take on custom design work, including logos, murals, branding packages, custom stickers, digital work, and other products. This is always on a case-bycase basis and contingent upon our creative calendar. Longtime customers tend to receive first priority for design work.
