Probability Of Exactly One Event Probability Of Exactly One Event While we study probability theory, we say that probability is that branch of mathematics, which is concerned with the possibility of any event to occur, which is the part of any random phenomena. The basic objects of probability we deal with are its variables, events and the process done to find the probability of any event. The study of probability theory is very important in most human activities which often involve the quantitative analysis of large Sets of data. It also helps to conclude certain complex and complicated results, which are otherwise unpredictable. As in the mathematics we study the Probability that is part of the statistics in which calculate the possibilities of occurrence of an event that is base on occurrence of other events or independent events that not based on any other event . Probability of occurrence of an event is shown as if an event e is occurring then probability p (e) = number of favorable events / total number of events. This phenomena is describe the probability of occurrence of an event when there are number of possible events in the sample space.

Probability is an important concept in quantitative analysis .It is also used in calculation of complex results or unpredictable result . Probability That Exactly One Event Occurs is one of the concept in which we understand that how to calculate the probability of an event that is occurs exactly one time Before understanding the Probability That Exactly One Event Occurs we discuss about the some mathematical induction of event occurrence that are as follows : If there is an event e then if p (e ) = 0 denotes that event e is never occur or the chances of occurrence of event e are zero. If for event e p (e) about to zero or very near to zero then it states that chances of occurrence of event e is very low. If probability of event e p (e) = 1 /2 that means the chances of occurrence of event e is half or 50 percent . If probability of event e p (e) is close to one that means the chances of occurrence of event e is very high . If for event e probability p (e) is equal to one then it states that event e is definitely occur . If there are three events x , y and z in an experiment then the probability for a successful outcome p (s) = p (x) +p (y) + p (z) = 1 If we talk about the probability of exactly one event occurs then it is describe as the probability in which only one event is occurred and other are not occurred ,we understand this concept by an example as :

problem :If a fair coin is tossed three times then calculate the probability of coming head exactly one time ? Solution : We calculate this answer as If coin is tossed three times then there are possible combination of occurrence are as follows : htt , tht , tth , hht , hth , thh , hhh , ttt .These are possible 8 combination in which three have exactly one time head that are htt , tht , tth so probability of occurrence of head when coin tosses three times is 3/ 8 means .375 . We also take another example of Probability That Exactly One Event Occurs that help us to understand it more clearly: if there are in a home three brothers p . q , r play in the game and p plays that game only 17 percent and q plays 7 percent and r plays 26 percent then what is the chances or probability that only p will fail in the game ? Solution : p ( p fail , other pass ) = .17 * .93 * .74 =.11699 .
