Click on the Link to Additional Information. This takes you directly to the Federal Register site that documents the agency’s request for applications/request for proposals (RFA/RFP) or Notice of Grant Application (NOGA) or Notice Inviting Applications (NIA). All of these terms mean the same thing: the agency is seeking grant applications for projects under this Assistance Listing number. The other key information is the Grantor Contact Information. If you have any questions or concerns about the grant application or need any information, reaching out to the grant contact is the best way to get that information. Grantor contacts are frequently called Program Mangers or Program Officers, depending on the Federal agency.
