Hungari an l anguage ponders the myst eri ous li f e and mi sadvent ures of t he everyday house cat . As t his work begins, we are i nvi ted expl ore the open worl d and al l it ' s wonder t hrough the eyes of a f eli ne.

Curi osi ty and excit ement abound as more of the pi ece unf olds. As well as curi osi ty, we are led to ponder t he more passi ve nat ure of t he cat. Basking i n t he s un, gaz ing at the birds abo ve, and nappi ng hours on end. As the piece buil ds back up and down yet again, we can hear the t urbul ent nat ure of a cat ' s li fe unfol d. From peacef ul naps t o deat h def ying balancing act s, we are never short of sur pr ises when

wit ness ing yet another ant ic. But as the mus ic dies down f or a f i nal t ime, we ar e urged to ref lect on the

i nevi t abl e proces s of age. As t he pi ece makes a clos e, we l ook t o and remember t he journey t hat led us
