Becoming Patsy Cline Exhibition The Visitors Center’s exhibit space features Becoming Patsy Cline, an exhibition on Winchester’s native daughter and country music icon. It is a partnership between the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, the Winchester-Frederick County Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Celebrating Patsy Cline, Inc. The exhibition tells the story of Patsy’s early years.
