$9m Bilinga site to make way for luxury apartments

By Jonathon Howard A NEW luxurious residential development, Navini, is set to be constructed on a 1,055-squaremetre beachfront site situated at 313 Golden Four Drive, Bilinga. The site was recently purchased by Greg Smith and Mark Streeter for $9 million and is being marketed for sale by DJ Stringer Property Services agent David Stringer. Mr Stringer said Navini will offer 15 “stunning oceanfront residences” with generous space and only two residences per floor over eight levels, including two dual-level penthouses and one sprawling ground level

apartment with its own courtyard and pool. “Key features include panoramic ocean views from the lights of Surfers Paradise to the peeling point breaks of Kirra and Snapper Rocks,” Mr Stringer said. “Generous floor layouts ranging from approximately 274 square metres to 450 square metres.” Mr Stringer, who has successfully marketed several substantial beachfront projects across the Tweed Shire and Southern Gold Coast and mostly off the plan, said there is a “real thirst” from top end buyers wanting sizable quality lifestyle The luxury apartments start at a price tag of $2.95 million
