TWIN DOLPHIN ACQUIRES GOLD-LEVEL LEED CERTIFICATION
We couldn’t be more excited to share that the Twin Dolphin community has reached a new milestone by achieving the Gold-Level LEED Certification for Existing Communities. We are the only master-planned community to achieve this prestigious recognition in Mexico, and only one of two existing communities to achieve this in the U.S.
This achievement mirrors our unwavering commitment to sustainability, as we continue to focus and enhance our energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and overall quality of life in our community. A heartfelt thank you to every member for being a part of this incredible journey.

THE PARK
We’re expanding The Park to introduce a re-imagined water park, a new shaded playground, an all-new open floor plan Red Door, and activity terrace where Mavis can participate in cooking classes, game nights and other family fun activities. There’s even a dedicated dog park for our four-legged family members to enjoy.
This renovation project is estimated to be completed by the end of 2024–2025 season.

DRIVE SAFELY
In keeping our community safe, a reminder about the Twin Dolphin Vehicle Policy:
The speed limit stands at 18 mph, all drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license. In the upcoming weeks, members will receive the updated documents regarding vehicle HOA rules and registration forms.
PET POLICY
We love our four-legged family members, and are expanding The Park to provide extra amenities just for them.
As a reminder, they must be leashed. Dogs are permitted in open areas, except for restaurants, pools, pool decks and beach – this includes emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs.
Remember, we hold a strict policy at Club facilities and appreciate your cooperation for the comfort of all members.

REGISTRATION AND SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS
Planning to host guests? Please remember to register them at least 48 hours in advance via the Twin Dolphin App. This helps us ensure that everyone enjoys a seamless experience at The Club. Also, keep in mind that any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of special event reservations will be charged at the full price of the event.

We’re excited to announce the addition of more than 10 homes to our Member-to-Member Rental Program.
Managed by our dedicated Residential Services team, this program is a great way to share the experience of Maravilla with other members and their families.
